@sizzletron I feel (and hope) that a few countries are starting to wake up. It only takes a few to turn things around. The testing procedural changes were a real scandal and people need to pay for that. If they had used existing methods, or even improved them (rather than worsening) we would have a much better idea of the true mortality rate, which would have allowed better decision making.
