Isaac Arthur has put up a video about how dystopian or utopian megacities would work (megacities in the "ultra-dense life" sense of the word.)
He doesn't cover it in the video, but I wonder -- how does Internet capacity work in a dense megacity? What if there are hundreds of them, and everyone's working remotely without regard for geography?
Can we make the Internet much faster than it is now? How much faster does it need to be for holographic phone calls?
