@neanderthalsnavel but if he does leave, I have to wonder if he’d stay in a cold weather, outdoor city, like Cleveland, or would he look for a warm weather franchise that is on the brink of winning? Indy seems like a pretty good situation right now and it’s indoors. He definitely is not going to be part of a rebuilding.
@obihahn we have reporter Mary Kay Cabot, who no one in Cleveland listens to, but the national media does. The most difficult question she would ask him would be: "Aaron, could you tell us what you had for lunch". She would fawn over him.
@neanderthalsnavel actually, I like Baker. I think he has great skills, but he has had zero coaching. He needs to get his head right be able to see things, adjust, and make good decisions. A good QB coach can help him refine his decision making. He tries to force things too much and ends up turning it over. Rodgers realizes you only get so many chances to score and you cannot afford to give your opponent any extra opportunities. Mayfield needs this sort of mindset.
