People may hate on email newsletters but the monthly one I get from the guy we hired to do our home-buyer's inspection, which has seasonal maintenance and safety tips, is an outstanding product.

The real estate agent I used is old fashioned. They send a glossy postcard each month with a topic like "football schedule", "nearby parks & recreation areas", and so on. Another agent (I did not use) sends postcards with recipes. I guess it's cheap advertising.


@mhjohnson Ha! I suppose both are good ways of keeping the customer reminded that they exist, just in case they need to move.
