The online-only company that owns my mortgage sent out an email outlining their commitment to Service, Safety, and Security during the COVID-19 fiasco.

They’re committed. Their Service WILL BE up and running so they can be paid. Don’t forget payment is due at the beginning of the month.

Well, I asked Lending Club if they were going to allow lenders to defer payments two months - like they did for the Government Shutdown. I got a canned reply saying they would consider it and then a few days later got a message linking me to
The first part is saying they won't lend without a strong financial situation. The second says they have a good plan and will help those who need it. The third says they will monitor performance.
