@adam was a factoid on BBC radio2 a few minutes ago.
Don't mind the lousy phone recording.

@MountainJay Yes it is. I made an overay on the original/standard avatar. @CSB urged me to make an avatar. I couldn't come up with anything and I liked the standard elephant. So I adjusted it just a little 😆 This is the original.

@CSB @MountainJay Have you checked my banner? It will change with every artwork win 😆

@Tante_Neel

Neel, no I haven’t

And it’s another brilliant idea

You are second Van Gogh!

@MountainJay

@CSB @MountainJay 😂 still got both my ears though.
It's too early to share maybe because I don't know if it will work. But I want to try and make (crochet) the winning artwork into 25/25 cm squares and join them into a blanket by the end of the year. I am not sure if I only want to do mine or all artwork... I might reduce it to two a month to have a150x200 blanket in the end. The first one (caviar) is pretty hard to copy in stitches.

@Tante_Neel @CSB

Wow!! Love, love your avatar elephant! And I’m excited to see your blanket! What a cool (warm?) idea. ❤️

@MountainJay @CSB probably a whole different world for you. There's quite a group of chrocheters that start a temperature blanket in january. One row or block per day and the color represents the local temperature. Google/Bing it for examples. I like the idea but have been looking to use other data/input to make one. So I'm going to give the showart a try. Am still trying to figure out what technique to use. This one on the photo is a first try.

@2manyparrots @CSB @MountainJay ❤️ thank you. Still in development. I might use another technique if this one becomes ilegible

@Tante_Neel @CSB @MountainJay I'm in awe of your free hand design skills. Please share the progress.

@Tante_Neel @adam That one woman "Yes didn't we used to call podcasts 'radio' back in 1996?"

@Tante_Neel @adam Hah. That was the year I discovered podcasting. They have definitely come a long way since back then. When did podcasts start in iTunes?

@AstronomyAssn @adam From wiki: In June 2005, Apple added podcasting to its iTunes 4.9 music software and building a directory of podcasts at its iTunes Music Store.
