Today was a “walk before you run” sort of day.

Sometimes freedom looks like this: loading up the fridge in your new place with food that frees you from pig pharma and eating this at 10:30pm.

It’s real simple: a pound of ground beef and a pound of Italian sausage browned, a jar of marinara sauce, and eggs. You can poach the eggs in the sauce/meat mix but @Pheonix420ValhallaVixenofThe42 prefers her eggs a bit more done, so we did fried eggs instead. She added sour cream.

There’s a reason it’s called Protein on Protein on Protein crime.
