@Pheonix420ValhallaVixenofThe42 @PhoneBoy a buddy lost weight (hes 6'6" ) after losing a ton of weight he said it was like trying to carry around two filled gunny sacks. He was amazed at how easy became to do small tasks. He changed his diet and walked through the sandhills every evening..distance increasing as he lost weight.
