@SpookyR yeah around 23GW worth in the eastern USA and literally all of our subs. But the submarine thing is another issue where the light water reactor specifically makes sense. Molten salt makes sense nearly everywhere else including on the moon.

But in orbit or space you really want a Vapor Core/Gas Core reactor where the nuclear material is excited into a plasma state and you use a magnetic field to strip electrons directly.

@BrandonHill our small state has a budget of 20 billion and they can't spend it fast enough. It is shocking really.
