Have you read about why Type 2 Diabetes occurs?

Do you understand how energy is regulated, sugar is metabolized and fat is stored?

All sugar is half fructose and half glucose. Fruit is full of fructose. Fruit FFS. Fruit doesn't give you diabetes.


Except you don't consume anywhere near as much fructose eating fruit as you do eating fructose added foods or even freshly squeezed orange juice.

If you are claiming sugar doesn't play a part in T2 diabetes and insulin regulation then please post your evidence for literally any other theory.

T2 Diabetes is a very well studied ailment and there's a tremendous amount of evidence supporting sugars involvement.
