Met a guy yesterday in an online meeting. He came across as such a narcissistic prick, I thought, I bet he’s from LA.

And then out of context, he makes sure to let us all know his son is gay and his daughter is non-binary & probably transitioning soon.

I recall @Johncdvorak and @adam talked about LA parental virtue signaling. Seeing this guy, it’s clear that some parents aren’t being neutral & accepting the kid’s choice. They are nudging kids, openly or subtly, for virtue points.
