@Effortless @DaemonFools That’s some messed up stuff there.
You know the 'replication crisis' in science? Doesn't apply here:

@Effortless word.
@Effortless there should be some threshold, after which Stalin emerges. Like recently in ruzzia
Anyone with an idea to look for the traits of a tyrant sees them in almost every Western leader right now. And in their 'opposition' and their subordinates.
We all know, by representation however out of our control, that we are the baddies this time.
16th century witch hunts, Balkan war, 30 year war, Hook & Cod wars, many other examples.
The question for us is: What will we do when we get the opportunity to kill our hated neighbours with the support of the authorities?
Will we give his children a reason to hate ours?
Hate or wary of taking us for fools again?

>In Milgram's first set of experiments, 65 percent (26 of 40) of experiment participants administered the experiment's final massive 450-volt shock,[1] and all administered shocks of at least 300 volts. Subjects were uncomfortable doing so, and displayed varying degrees of tension and stress.
You 👏 cannot 👏 comply 👏 your 👏 way 👏 out
